The area of Neuilly-Plaisance is lovely and the hotel itself had nice decor and friendly staff.

The room was neat and clean, the shower was great, and the bed was large and comfortable. The espresso machine with pods was a nice touch (when most hotels only provide instant coffee).

We had a really pleasant stay and I could definitely see myself staying here again. The room was clean and cozy, though on the smaller side, which seems to be typical for Paris. Still, it had everything we needed and felt comfortable. The staff was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Housekeeping was reliable - our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and everything taken care of.We didn’t book breakfast initially, but ended up having it at the hotel on a few days. While the selection wasn’t huge, all the essentials were there and everything was fresh. Special shoutout to the blonde lady who brought in fresh, delicious baguettes every morning and worked tirelessly. Unfortunately never got a chance to ask her name, but she was truly fantastic. The hotel is located on a quiet, safe street with a large Monoprix supermarket just down the road and a couple of pharmacies nearby. Public transport was super convenient too, with a metro station just 2 minutes away and several bus options.

Breakfast was good and the place was pleasant to eat. There is a little terrace but we didn't eat there or stay there. The location is perfect. The subway is 5 or 6 min. walk from and to the hotel. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and eateries around the area. The city center is around 30 minutes from the hotel. The parking is 5 min. walk from the hotel. And if you pay it through the hotel, the price is reasonable. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. We had a problem with the bed (for the 3rd person) and they immediately helped us and found a solution. Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel. Thank you Fred hotel. Keep up the good work!

Fred Hotel is a small gem in the 14th district. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the Plaisance train station. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern decor. The breakfast/lobby area is warm and inviting. Many shops closeby as well as bistros and cafes. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond trying to assist you with all your questions/needs. The experience that you take away is often created by the staff--thank you to Panagiotis, the gentleman who works in the evening was amazing helping my mother-in-law getting to the airport, the female who works breakfast was super friendly and warm--and the rest of their colleagues for creating a positive and memorable Parisian experience.

Lovely little Boutique hotel, perfect location. We rented bikes from the around the corner and it took 20mins to ride to the Eiffel Tower. Bikes are €5 euros for 24 hrs. Hop on and off at 100’s of locations. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable lovely safe location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Bed was really comfortable. Walk out of the hotel turn right then walk to the bottom of the road about 10mins, beautiful French patisseries, cafes and shops not touristy at all.

We liked the room and it's location, close to 2 Metro stations and diverse shops (including a Monoprix) and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The room includes a safe and a coffee machine.
